Work Location: Recycling Center, HHW and Rural Recycling Routes

Reports To: Executive Director

Full Time, Non-Exempt

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the Recycling Center, the Household Hazardous Waste program, and all associated programs and services; ensures that all personnel policies and procedures, and safety policies and procedures, are followed at all times; promotes source reduction, recycling, and reuse activities through marketing and the development and delivery of special programs and events; represents the District at public events and meetings, and on various boards, committees and task forces
