| Vincennes Mayor Al Baldwin has appointed five City residents to the Historic District Review Board. Stephen Black has been appointed to a one-year term; Cathy Lane will serve a two-year term; and Richard Day, Brian Grumieaux and Ray Mott have all been appointed to serve 3-year terms. | |
